What payment methods do you accept?
For local clients, I accept bank transfers. For international clients, I accept SWIFT transfers.
When is payment due?
Payment is due monthly, in advance of the subscription period.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription mid-month?
No, there are no prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
What is the typical turnaround time for designs?
Designs are typically delivered within 24-48 business hours. For big projects like web design or mobile app design, you won't get the whole design in that timespan, instead the project will get breakdown into smaller tasks, and you will gradually get your designs.
Do you offer rush orders?
While I strive to deliver designs promptly, I do not offer guaranteed rush order services.
Do you provide coding or website development?
No, this subscription covers design services only. Coding and website development are not included.
Do you offer copywriting services?
No, content creation is not included in the subscription.
Do you provide photography or videography services?
No, original photography or videography is not included.
Does the fee also cover premium stock photos, illustration?
No, by default I rely on free commercial stock images, illustrations and make them on my own if needed. If you prefer to use a certain premium asset, you need to provide it.
